Information collected
Information you provide. When you contact WebCLT, the information collected depends on the form or channel you use. It may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, role, service interests, project details, budget range, timing, and the messages you send.
The website inquiry form asks for your name, email, service interest, and a project message, with an optional business name or website. Phone, text, email, and Meta lead forms may provide different information. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Website and device information. Hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and video services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the site or ads.
How information is used
- Respond to your inquiry, discuss your website needs, arrange a conversation, and prepare a proposal if requested.
- Provide agreed services and communicate about an active project or account.
- Understand website use, evaluate advertising, and improve content and contact options.
- Protect the website, prevent spam and repeated submissions, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Website inquiry submissions are delivered to WebCLT by email. If you choose an email fallback or copy your request, your email application or clipboard handles that action on your device.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit a WebCLT lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides WebCLT with the information you submit. WebCLT uses it to follow up on that request, understand your project, and discuss appropriate next steps.
Meta also processes information under its own Privacy Policy and your account settings. Submitting a Meta form is separate from submitting the website inquiry form.
Retention and security
Inquiry correspondence, proposals, and project records may be retained for follow-up, service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal needs. Retention depends on the record, its purpose, and the business relationship. Temporary anti-spam records have a different lifecycle from inquiry emails, project records, and backups.
The website inquiry form uses session-based safeguards and spam controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate and apply their own retention practices.
Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to submit an inquiry, limit the information you provide, or contact WebCLT directly instead. You can also ask to stop optional follow-up messages.
To request access, a correction, or deletion of information held by WebCLT, email preston@webclt.com. Include enough detail to identify the inquiry and the request. Reasonable verification may be needed before information is released or changed. Requests will be reviewed under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for active services, business records, security, or legal obligations.
For information controlled directly by Google, Meta, or another external service, use that provider’s privacy controls or request process.
Other websites and children
Portfolio links and other external links may take you to websites operated by other businesses. Their information practices are covered by their own policies.
WebCLT’s website and services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact WebCLT so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website, services, or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest update. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled separately.
